Fitness Club owners using our Services have the option to transfer ownership of their club to another individual or entity through a dedicated button or link provided within our platform. By initiating the transfer, the current owner will prompt the new owner to review and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

4.2 Acceptance of Terms

The new owner must read and accept these terms and conditions and privacy policy to complete the transfer process. By accepting, the new owner acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms outlined in these documents.

4.3 Responsibilities of New Owner

Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions and privacy policy, the new owner assumes all responsibilities and liabilities associated with the club's use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription payments, data management, and compliance with all terms and conditions of Fitness Marvel.
